Sam Kelly, DMD

I am a Salem native and a graduate of South Salem High School. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Western Oregon University before completing my dental education at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston.

With a strong passion for dentistry, I focus on implant and cosmetic dentistry, using the latest digital technology to provide precise, comfortable, and lasting treatment. My philosophy is simple: I want to give every patient the same kind of care I would want for myself and my own family. I am committed to staying at the forefront of dental science, so my patients always have access to the best treatment options available.

More about Dr. Sam Kelly Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Rebecca, and our three children—Bristol, Burke, and Bode—who keep busy with sports, school, and music. We love traveling, discovering new restaurants, and exploring the beauty of Oregon, whether that’s hiking in the wilderness and having fun on the water or skiing and snowboarding in the winter. We also enjoy relaxing together on warm beaches whenever we get the chance. I am actively involved in my church and local youth sports, and I feel grateful to be able to give back to the Salem community both inside and outside of dentistry.

Michelle Ludwick, DDS

I have been working in dentistry since 1996. I graduated from Marquette University and moved to Oregon in 1997. I have been working around the state but newer to Salem to be closer to family. I embrace each day coming into work to help everyone in our community to have healthier and brighter smiles.

More about Dr. Michelle Ludwick In my free time I like to spend time with family and our 2 dogs. I enjoy traveling as much as possible, enjoy sports and anything musical.

Daniel P. O'Leary, DDS

He is a native of Montana where his grandfather was a practicing dentist who happened to be the first dentist in that state to be licensed using an electric drill in 1925. Dentistry has made a lot of improvements since that time. Dr. O'Leary is proud to offer the benefits of such advanced dental technology as lasers, digital x-rays, 3D scans, dental implants and "same day crowns".

More about Dr. Daniel P. O'Leary Dr. O'Leary is a graduate of Creighton University School of Dentistry and is a member of the American Dental Association, Marion and Polk Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry. He is married with two sons and enjoys various outdoor activities including backpacking, bicycling, x-country skiing and fly fishing. Dr. O'Leary volunteers with Medical Teams International and Oregon Mission of Mercy. "My grandfather always believed in listening to his patients and giving them the best possible dental care in as gentle a manner as possible. I try to do the same for my patients today."
