 The people around you often pick up on what you do, whether you want them to or not. This can include children, siblings, partners, and even roommates or coworkers. If you want to set a good example, then you need to make sure you follow the rules. For those who want to set a good example of positive oral health routines, then you need to make sure that you set and keep appointments with our office, plus always practice good oral hygiene routines. How to Be a Good Oral Health Role ModelNo matter who you want to set a good example for, you need to make sure you think about what that person sees. Do they see you brushing your teeth twice daily? If they are at home with you, then they should, at least once a day, in case they are asleep when you do one of the brushings.Do they see you, or at least know that you floss every day? If not, again, they should at least know about it. Even if they do not see you, they should at least hear you talking about taking good care of your teeth. Another way of setting a good example of oral health is to make sure you set and keep your dental appointments every six months. They are to examine your mouth for problems, plus to keep your teeth clean. This is an important part of caring for your teeth, if not the most important part.
